happy day of giving birth

A friend texted me today and said "Happy Day of Giving Birth."

I liked that.  I remember that day – this perfect looking little thing coming out of there, all pretty and pink.  She was everything I'd hoped for.  And each year she adds more than I'd ever dreamed.

Happy birthday Carly

Happy Day of Giving Birth Jennifer, a most special day. And happy birthday to your daughter.
I remember so very clearly when both of my children were born, the days these beautiful people entered into my life.

Thank you Marilyn! A special day indeed – certainly one to celebrate in its own right! My friend Sherrill was right on the money!

It is special when family and friends remember not just the person whose Birthday it is but also the person who gave birth. Best wishes to you and Carly.

Happy Birthday day to your daughter and Giving birthday to you Jen.
The day(s) our two little faces came into view will never be matched…though I cannot be credited a giving birth day (physically) I was there emotionally in every way. Now those faces will be 6 (Noel) on Christmas day and 11 (Sophia) on Jan. 7th.
